You can enjoy the comfort of knowing your mobile phones and gadgets are covered worldwide for:
- Loss
- Theft

- Breakdown (including faults)
- Unauthorised network charges up to £1,200 for contract devices and £100 for pay as you go
We also provide cover for accessories that are lost, stolen or damaged at the same time as your device up to a maximum value of £250.

- You are covered for up to 2 mobile phones and an unlimited amount of gadgets

Mobile phones and gadgets must be owned by the named account holder or family members. A family member is defined as your spouse/ partner and any other relative who live at the same address.

You can make a maximum of 2 successful claims for mobile phones, and 2 successful claims for gadgets in a 12 month period
- Successful Mobile phone claims will be subject to a policy excess of £75. (Gadgets: Apple devices, Laptops and Tablets £50, Other Gadgets £25)

Cover applies worldwide however where we send you a replacement or repaired item, this will only be sent to a UK address

All claims for theft should be reported to the Police to obtain an incident reference number – you will be asked to provide this as part of the claim process
All loss and theft claims for mobile phones and network enabled devices should be reported to the airtime provider as soon as possible. This policy provides cover for unauthorised charges from the point that your device was lost or stolen and up to 24 hours after discovery of the loss or theft, up to a maximum value of:
- £1,200 for contract devices (including VAT)

£100 for Pay As You Go (including VAT).

- More than 2 instances that give rise to an accepted claim in any 12 month period for mobile phones, and 2 instances that give rise to an accepted claim in any 12 month period for gadgets

Theft, loss, damage or breakdown where you have knowingly put your device at risk or you have not taken care of it. Examples are provided in the "What you are NOT covered for" section of the Policy Document

- Any Device with a purchase price of over £2,000 when you bought it
